Admission Procedure – Berachah Group of Schools
At Berachah Group of Schools, Oraye–Ekiti, we believe that every child deserves access to quality, holistic, and value-driven education. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, simple, and parent-friendly, ensuring that prospective students and their families experience a smooth transition into our school community.
Step 1: Purchase & Collection of Admission Form
Parents/Guardians can obtain the admission form from the school’s administrative office during working hours.
The form can also be downloaded from our official website (if available).
Completed forms should be returned along with all required documents.
Step 2: Submission of Required Documents
Applicants are expected to submit the following:
A copy of the child’s birth certificate or sworn affidavit of age declaration
Two (2) recent passport photographs
Last academic report card (for transfer students)
Completed admission form with accurate details
Step 3: Entrance Examination / Assessment
Pupils and students seeking admission into Berachah Children School or Berachah Glorious College will take part in an entrance examination/assessment test appropriate for their class level.
This helps us evaluate the child’s academic ability and place them in the right class.
Step 4: Interaction with Parents/Guardians
Shortlisted candidates and their parents/guardians will be invited for an interview or interaction session with the school’s management.
This session allows us to understand the child’s background, learning needs, and family expectations.
Step 5: Offer of Admission
Successful candidates will receive an official admission letter from the school.
Parents/Guardians are required to confirm acceptance by paying the prescribed acceptance and tuition fees within the stipulated time.
Step 6: Orientation & Resumption
Newly admitted students will undergo an orientation programme to help them settle into our school system.
Students officially resume classes as part of the Berachah Group of Schools family, ready to excel academically, morally, and socially.

Spaces are limited, and admission is strictly on first-come, first-served basis.
